Reiki

In my own words, Reiki is the channeling of a universal, high-frequency energy that in my opinion can only be described as pure love. It is performed on a person by a practicioner with non-invasive hand positioning like that of a massage therapist without the massage. It is a tremendous healing experience for those suffering any type of physical, mental or spiritual discomfort. It is the oldest formal natural healing modality. It also compliments and enhances any other methods of healing a person chooses.

To learn Reiki does require some study, but is a process of attunement from a Master who instills symbols into your heart and third-eye chakra and opens up portals for higher vibrational energy to flow through. It is very much a spiritual experience although it has tremendous healing effects on one's physical body as well. Reiki has been known to shrink and remove tumors, regulate heart rates and eliminate symptoms of various mental disorders. I have personally seen testimony of a person who has been cured of cancer with Reiki treatments while different doctors claimed that it was nothing short of a miracle. In fact, many cancer-care facilities are beginning to recognize Reiki as an effective method to compliment other treatments that mainstream medicine has to offer these days.

The word Reiki is of Japanese origin and was discovered and developed as a healing method by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. Rei is simply defined as "Spiritual Wisdom" and can be interprited as a simple understanding of love and harmony or as a complex channeling of esoteric knowledge and wisdom. Ki is defined as "Life Energy" and is expressed as many different words in many different cultures. Chi energy, Orgone energy, Life-Force energy and is ultimately expressed as a divine Love energy. It is the same energy that makes plants grow, that makes the world turn and the sun continue to burn throughout the millenia. It is the eternal driving force of all existence, expressed through a pure and divine beam of consciousness when channeled correctly.

My first experience with recieving a Reiki treatment was short but incredibly beneficial. The instant the practicioner began, I felt a wave of calming energy flow through my body and surround me like a blanket. It was a feeling I haven't had since I was a child without a care in the world. I could feel places like my neck, back and shoulders completely relax when they were normally quite tense. I felt all of my exterior concerns melt away as I instantly slipped into a deep, relaxing meditative state. Any sort of tension or aches that I was experiencing immediately disappeared and I just felt like I was completely balanced and in tune with everything that was wonderful about the universe around me.

The Reiki Master that had performed this on me went on to tell me how Reiki had changed her life and the way she viewed the world around her. Being a fellow intuitive being she described how she would often be out in public and sense unbalance in the people, animals and even the plants that were around her and give them Reiki treatments and watch them suddenly become brighter and more alive. This particular Reiki Master practiced without physically touching anyone and kept her hands a couple inches away from those she was treating. The more common method of Reiki treatment involves direct hand placement on a person's body and both methods are perfectly acceptable and equally as beneficial. One beautiful part about the Reiki system of healing is that the practicioner recieves a healing experience while performing treatment on a client as opposed to some Shamanic healing treatments where the healer can actually take on a client's illness and put themselves at risk of becomming physically or emotionally harmed by the healing process they are performing. Reiki is certainly the "safest" form of natural energy healing and has never been known to be harmful. The only exception to that is that when Reiki is used to heal repressed emotional trauma, sometimes negative memories will briefly surface on their way out of the body as part of the healing process and can lead to temporary emotional distress or uncertainty. Some of these symptoms point to the collapse of the ego which can be confusing and emotional at first, but are certainly beneficial in the long-term.

The steps to becomming a Reiki Master start with a first attunement and a class on the ethics, history and basic set up for beginning to share Reiki energy with others. This is the level that I've currently been at for the last year or so. I find it's more of a stage of becomming familiar with the mindset of Reiki and experimenting with it on myself, plants, animals and the occasional loved one with tension or headaches. The next step (Level 2) of the process is learning how to heal people from a distance instead of physically being present and involves different symbols and tuning the frequencies to higher levels to increase healing capacities and essentially one's own consciousness. The 3rd level is the Reiki Master level where one can safely say they're qualified to open their own Reiki practice or teach others the benefits of it. There is some more formal training involved with the teaching and administering Reiki attunements, at least that was the route that I chose. There are many qualified masters out there that have nothing but good intentions but I was fortunate enough to have been given a Reiki Lineage chart that shows the master who attuned me was attuned directly (through a couple generations of Reiki Masters) by William Lee Rand the founder of The International Center for Reiki Training, who in turn was attuned by predecessors of Dr. Usui himself. The only advantage this route has to offer is the assurance that the source of this divine energy is pure and not misinterprited by others who are claiming to be masters without the proper attunement.

Reiki practicioners are readily available all over the world and can assist anyone experiencing any type of physical, emotional or spiritual discomfort. Although Reiki is only one of many natural healing modalities I would suggest that it is the best place to start for anyone looking to seek treatment or become a healer themselves. There is certainly no risk involved and absolutely infinite amounts to gain from what it has to offer.

The following video is just one example at Reiki's ability to heal in ways that modern medicine can not. You will witness (after a brief talk) a video of this healing occur via ultrasound in real time while a client undergoes a treatment from three practicioners at once. This is an extreme case of healing and everyone will experience something different but this is certainly evidence of Reiki's power.

2012 is over??

I know the irony that this blog started as a countdown to some sort of mass spiritual awakening if you don't believe that anything happened on December 21st, 2012. The fact of the matter is though, in many ways things did change or remain the same in the sense that change is the only constant. I personally encountered a life-changing event that day and decided to move out and focus my attention on new things and inspire more independence and creativity within myself. In a lot of ways it was actually the end of the world as I knew it. A time to choose my own reality and free myself from certain patterns and people that were harmful to my own existence.

Things did become quite real for me on that day and it was a time to start fresh in a sense. The dawning of a new age in the sun wasn't something that was a dramatic change but something that was slowly happening and will slowly continue to happen over time. On the timescale that the universe operates in, 2000 of our years is a mere fraction of a second in it's timescale. Nevertheless, this was a day that did mark certain significance of our planet reaching the peaks of certain energies and the valleys of others. Personally, I have been feeling different energies and emotions since then as I am incredibly receptive to the subtle energies of the planet whether I like it or not. These are all subtle changes over time and can be seen with tension building in some parts of the world, economies getting worse every year, weather patterns becoming more extreme and unpredictable and even in the actions of the people and animals around us. The song "Age of Aquarius" was composed almost 50 years ago, and it's lyrics state the truth that this is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius. We still have 2600 years left to go.

Anywhere you look, there is some evidence of collapse in societies which only paves the way for rebirth and new beginnings. When there are more vacant and foreclosed homes in America than there are homeless people, that to me is a clear indication that something is severely wrong with this system we have going here. When it's literally impossible to survive financially on minimum wage with all of the increasing expenses of transportation and cost of living, people are having no choice but to resort to any means of survival they can. Generally if people are forced to turn to crime they end up getting arrested and charged and forever labelled a criminal which disables their oppurtunities for earning an honest living and pushing them right back into crime again. Some people work two full-time jobs to support their families and never get to see a vacation or even have time to think for themselves their entire lives. Then those people who are fortunate enough to have enough income to support themselves comfortably are trapped in houses they can't afford, driving gas-guzzling vehicles they can't afford and never seeming to have time or the mental capacity to enjoy life at any level beyond the surface. This is all subjective however because the amount of money one needs to survive varies person-to-person depending on what that person is comfortable with. If image is all one is concerned about from the most shallow of existences then that person better be prepared to pay the most, with the least long-term satisfaction. In fact the long-term effect of such stresses and lack of appreciation for some people will ultimately lead to their own suffering and demise. When nothing is ever good enough, nothing can ever be good.

I truly believe that more and more people on this planet are beginning to awaken and those who are caught in this egoic state of money-driven lifestyles are no longer the majority of the population. Although in this day and age a source of income is required to live any type of lifestyle, this doesn't have to be something we have to sell our souls for. A humble lifestyle requires only a humble salary and it's not someone's income that defines them but simply their choice of spending their money and ultimately their life achieving.

The ability to adapt to our surroundings is what determines our success as individuals. There are some people who are constantly changing their perspectives and outlook such as myself, and there are those who desperately cling to the past and resist any type of changes in their lives despite the ever-changing nature of the world and the universe. This resistance to change becomes disruptive to the mind, the heart and ultimately results in disease due to energy blockages. That constant fighting against what is natural is a long-term, agonizing form of suicide. Even short-term ruts can lead to depression and lower self-esteem, can drive people away from what they actually need in life and turn them to simple pleasures that form addictions and drain all of our attention away from being genuinely happy and finding a purpose to our lives and turning the world into a better place through simply changing ourselves. As cliche as this sounds, it's entirely possible for anyone to do and I am living proof. The key is not letting this realization of power and control over your own happiness get to your head. If you feel on top of the world, it's easy to get into a state of harmful behavior if not properly grounded. There is no point where you can really relax and coast through life without losing touch of who you really are and your ultimate purpose since your ultimate purpose involves constatnly changing and evolving in whatever you choose to do. There is no blaming others or society for what you lack in your own life. Once you realize that and forgive yourself for that, the slate is wiped clean and you can start fresh, moulding your own life into whatever you want it to be.

This is what I realized on December 21st, 2012.

Since then, I've managed to secure a new apartment and although it took a lot of hard work and drained most of my income, I can say that it is now apparent that I am the only one to blame for my own sucesses and failures. I am forced to deal with the changing economy and not take my income and oppurtunities for granted. Some of my major expenses were things that were terrible for my own spiritual and physical health and some things that are great for my overall health like sunshine, excersize and fresh air are completely free. I have certainly become more creative, producing and selling art, composing music for fun and been inspired to write more. I see the world in a new light as I accept the new energies on this planet for the changes that we ultimately need to awaken as a planet. There was no real change in my income, just a major reconfiguring of my expenses. I find that it's actually cheaper to eat healthy. Fruits and vegetables are much cheaper snacks than chocolate and chips. Not going out and drinking or wasting my energy on things that are harmful to me saves so much money and is much healthier for me. Walking or biking to work saves me hundreds of dollars not needing a vehicle and is excellent excersize. Different changes like these I have been able to embrace to better my own existance, become more humble and allow myself more freedom and less of an ego or reputation to maintain constantly.

When we, ourselves become genuinely happy and aligned with our true callings in life, we are balanced and full of life to the point where our gratitude and love start to radiate outwards. Slowly, even the thickest of egos that surround us begin to soften and open up. The future is seperate from the past and we have to start looking at every moment as "right now" instead of later on. No more dwelling or procrastination. The moment to start changing is right now and always will be. Embrace those things that make you truly happy and find ways to discard anything that is simply causing you stress or sucking the life out of you. There's never anything wrong with finding a new job although it may take some careful planning. The time to start looking is right now though and there is no greater time to do so. If more people start embracing changes instead of fearing them, the world will be a lot more free instead of this self-imposed slavery that we choose for ourselves.

I believe that 2012 was the point at which some people awakened at different stages. Some people with their first spiritual realizations and some people who's purpose and callings simply got stronger and clearer. There are still those that are resistant to any changes though and that is their choice. It is not our job to force them to change, but simply be there to guide them should they ever choose to and inspire them to do so not by rubbing it in their faces but by being genuinely happy ourselves and eventually they will aspire to be the same. This is the shift of consciousness that 2012 is all about.

Shamanism

It's taken many ups and downs to get me to this point in my life but isn't that what life is all about?

Last year I took a workshop in Shamanism through The Foundation for Shamanic Studies in my hometown that was facilitated by a spiritual mentor of mine. I wasn't even in the best place in my life and slowly drifting away from my spiritual side and being sucked into the lower frequency 9-5 lifestyle of being burnt out and surrounded by the financial issues and mass media distractions that are swarming around our heads each day and stinging us constantly. I must say though, once you recognize your spiritual side it always remains with you even though it sometimes takes a traumatic event or major failure to make us remember it. These traumas and life-changing events come often to some and few and far between for others. A job lay-off, a nasty break-up, a sick family member or anything for that matter can spring up at anytime and although there may be no light at the end of the tunnel for the time being, these are all learning experiences and ultimately blessings in disguise.

"Life is only 10% what happens to you and 90% how you deal with it."

To put things into perspective, almost 4 ago when I started to get into any sort of spirituality or had any type of awakening, I was jobless and freeloading in my sister's basement. Broke and depressed, I was using drugs and alcohol to escape reality and really had no purpose or reason to even exist anymore. I viewed the world as a negative place because that's all I seemed to experience. I had attracted nothing but negative people around me, a negative mindset and a negative outlook on the world around me.

Thankfully, my sister was kind enough to put up with me for about 6 months during the time I had no job or income and literally dedicated my life to researching "how the world works" on the Internet by myself. This was the period in which I started this blog as a way to keep all of my resources and links and thoughts in one place for myself and also in case anyone else was interested in this journey as well. This was the most educational experience I've ever had since I wasn't learning based on some necessary government curriculum. A part of me wanted to abandon all my material posessions and become some travelling hobo hopping freight trains and encountering shady characters along the way, but there was also a part of me that realized I didn't necessarily want to give up on society, but merely filter out the bullshit and refine it so that the world around me was perfect. I saw that I had more gifts and potential than some people that weren't as fortunate. People that were forced into lives of addictions and depression, financial burdens and hardships, lack of love and support and ultimately the lack of motivation to even want to better themselves. On some level, I believe that this describes a majority of the people in the world. People that are just comfortable barely making ends meet and being stuck in an endless rut of a negative cycle. I was there and still struggle with it to this day.

I must say though the road has been difficult and without focussing on too many details of my own life, I went through still a series of traumatic exeperiences that were ultimately caused by my use of drugs and alcohol that seemed to creep back into my life after being under control. I was working full-time, had my own vehicle and a girlfriend who I cared about to spend my time with. Soon, though I started taking these things for granted and it wasn't until they were gone that I realized that I should have appreciated them more. This is probably the #1 spiritual lesson I've learned: It's all about GRATITUDE. If you want your life to be better, be grateful for everything around you. Truly learn to appreciate everything you have and watch the world completely change around you. I've practiced this and it's difficult to put into words how much it actually works.

Although it is easy to lose sight of this gratitude, it is so important to keep in mind everything that is going right in your life and look at the flaws as ways to improve it. I felt like although I was grateful for having a good job and good people around me that I was still getting bored and felt like I was beginning to fall into a rut again. So, I stopped and listened to my heart for a second and it immediately told me I needed to take that Shamanism workshop that was coming up in the near future. I went as far as to borrow money to take it and it was unlike anything I could have expected as far as enlightening changes in my life go.

There was no handouts or information pages associated with the course but what I learned will forever be with me. It wasn't so much learning as it was getting in touch with things I already knew in a way. It ultimately taught me how to connect with different spirit guides and ascended masters that can perform healing and guide us from the other side. What I discovered on my own is that I can journey into other realms to visit my realitives that have passed on. There was absolutely no fear involved with this experience at all. In fact, fear is what drives away passed loved ones from coming to you because they don't intend to scare you at all. The difference about this and seeing a ghost of a loved one is that you are venturing into their realm and not the other way around. Spirits will come into this realm if you invite them and from what I understand they enjoy it when we venture into theirs. Keeping in mind there are many dark and dangerous spirits that can do harm in this realm, we must keep our intent pure and based on love and respect for them. There are definitely rules to venturing into the 3 different levels of the spirit world. Essentially it takes a deep meditation and a specific physical place on this planet that you've been to where you can venture to in a sort of out-of-body experience while someone stays in this realm to drum for you and guide you with different beat patterns and tempos (it can actually be done alone by use of audio recordings). You then state your intent of which level of the spirit world you intend to travel to.

Before I continue I must say that although Shamanic Journeying can be self-taught and experimented with, that I definitely would have been left confused and frustrated with it had I not taken some kind of formal training from an experienced professional. There is always someone that is more spiritually advanced than you on this planet to learn from and it's a far greater advantage to learn in person than it is to simply watch inspiring videos or read information in books or on the internet sometimes although that can be an excellent resource to connect you with different ways to better yourself and the world around you. Ultimately this is all just for greater wisdom, peace of mind and inner-happiness which in turn generates abundance and prosperity, independence and creativity. I can safely say that I've made dramatic improvements in my life and I simply wish the same for other people that don't know where to turn like I have so many times. In times where we need guidance and some sort of clarity, I found personally that it was greater forces than exist in this realm that were able to help me. The signs and oppurtunities are all around us, it's just a matter of recognizing them and embracing changes out of love instead of avoiding them out of fear.

My first journey was into the Lower world of the spirit realm to meet my power animal. This was my experience:
 Journey to the Lower World

My second journey was into the Upper world and was a very personal experience of healing from spirit guides with infinite love and wisdom. It involved a lot of white light and intense comforting feeling along with a surge of knowledge and wisdom that I had been lacking in my life. It was something I feel I cannot describe in words or even art or music for that matter. I would simply invite others to feel it for themselves.

My third journey was into the Middle world  and this was the first I had ever attempted to journey on my own. The workshop notes I did take were on the middle-world being full of spirits who have passed on but are still attached somehow with their ego if they suffered a traumatic death or had unfinished business here. Death itself crosses one's soul into non-ordinary reality, but their soul may get stuck in the middle-world unless they can let go of their ego/physical attachments and transcend into the upper-world. Sometimes it may even take help from us to help them cross over. Excessive grieving for example can hold a soul in a lower state which is exactly what I experienced here:
 Journey to the Middle World

This journey was ultimately life-changing for me in recognizing things from outside perspectives and helping loved ones cross over. Like I said earlier, there was no fear involved with encountering these spirits, it was based all on love and was absolutely comforting and beautiful.

I found that once I had the proper guidance to journey on my own that it started coming more naturally to me although I've only attempted it a few times. I was even shown how to retrieve other people's lost power animals or spirit guides and taught a few things about spirits that may occupy homes and ways to release and protect against them. These were very vivid and real experiences for me and were definitely healing and changed my life for the better. This probably isn't for everyone although personally I think that anyone should keep an open mind towards things and experience it for themselves.

Shamanic Journeying to the Middle World

November 18, 2012

Late at night, right before bed I attempted to journey by myself for the first time. It was a lot harder to focus without the energy of the group and most importantly the drumming.

As I lay there and focussed on my breathing, this wave came over me and I could actually hear the drum in my head, exactly as it were when I was learning at the workshop.

I found it much harder to get to my entry point in Lake Superior. I actually had to leave my city, hit the highway and travel there instead of just ending up there like before. When I crossed the border into Ontario, snow started falling and by the time I arrived at the lake, it was frozen. I knew I wouldn’t be accessing the lower world in this journey. I also didn’t feel it was right to go to the upper world either, so I stayed in the middle world.

I somehow ended up in the land of the dead.

I felt a presence and asked it to identify itself. It was my grandfather and he seemed genuinely happy to see me (he had Alzheimer ’s disease and often didn’t recognize his family towards the end, so that alone was great relief). I offered him the piece of his old schoolhouse that my sister had brought me back from the Ukraine when she went to visit his old village with my aunts and cousin the year before. He told me how incredibly meaningful that was to him and how absolutely honoured he felt when my family travelled half-way across the world to see where he grew up, a place he always told stories about. I told him I loved him and that I was so thankful to see him. I gave him a hug and he left.

The next person to appear was my father who passed away when I was three years old. When I realized who it was I instantly began to cry in spirit, and my physical body. I told him that it was great to finally meet him and that I love him even though I resented him most of my life for choosing alcohol over his family and dying tragically. He began to explain to me that he and I were each other’s spirit guides and that when one of us is alive in this realm, the other one dies to watch over them from the spirit world. He told me that he will be incarnated again and three years later, I will die. He actually gave me a specific year of his incarnation which was 2064 meaning the end of my life will come in the year 2067 (I guess we’ll have to wait and see, I’ll be 83 years old then). He explained to me how similar in nature he and I were and I began to see how right he was. One very powerful message he had was not to make the same mistakes he did, a lesson I already got on the 25th anniversary of his death earlier this year. He reminded me that the last time I saw him was 3 days after he died (my mother always tells me this story) when I woke up next to her and started walking towards the edge of the bed (it was several feet off the ground and most likely would have been a painful fall for a three-year-old). She asked me where I was going and I told her, “with Dad”, a term that I had never used before (he left while I was still an infant). He reminded me that the spirit world transcends the space and time that we have in our ordinary reality and that he actually died so that the course of my life would be exactly how it should be. I felt nothing but pure appreciation and love for him and gave him a hug. From there, I looked around and noticed that he wasn’t in the nicest surroundings. It wasn’t “hell” but certainly was no one’s idea of heaven either. He told me, “I’m fine here, seriously.” He assured me that “its okay” and I assured him that I knew it wasn’t and I knew he hadn’t fully crossed-over yet. We were in some kind of hotel, and I took his hand and walked him through the bar and outside where we suddenly beside an old country house surrounded by beautiful scenery, the warm sun and flourishing nature. I said, “Isn’t this better?” but he refused to let go of my hand, much like a child not wanting to let go of their parent. I told him, “You have to let go, we aren’t meant to be in the same place together, remember?” He said, “I know.” With a frown on his face and said, “I just miss you.” We both began to cry and he slowly let go of my hand (I felt the sensation in my physical body as well). I assured him that it wouldn’t be another 25 years before we met again now that I know how to journey. He smiled and said goodbye and I thanked him for the experience.

The third person that showed up ended up barging in almost immediately, it was my grandmother. “What are you doing here?” she asked. “I came to say hello!” I told her. She reminded me of when she was alive how much she loved it when I came to her house just to say “hello”. She was so happy to see me, absolutely radiating with happiness. It was a very light-hearted and happy visit. She still had her grey hair but her spirit seemed much more lively and free to move around (I’m glad for her they don’t have arthritis in the spirit world). The only real message she had was for me to take better care of myself. She pleaded me. I assured her that I would (like “okay grandma” as you half roll your eyes). I gave her a huge hug and told her how happy I was to see her and thanked her for showing up.

I was so happy after this that I just took a moment to breathe and enjoy my happiness. I could still hear the drum in my head.

It was at this point that a beautiful girl appeared to me coming from my left side. She had a beautiful headpiece on that was silver with jewels on it. She had long dark hair and big brown eyes. She was stunning. I asked her name and she said, “My name is Suriyama”. The moment she said her name I was reminded that her and I had a connection, that at some point in a past life we were in love and that she was here as a spirit to heal me. She was just a very gentle, kind, loving and beautiful spirit. I felt so “at home” in her presence like her and I were meant to be together and she assured me that someday we would. She began to massage my shoulders and I could see and feel her energy surround me like a vortex. I just completely relaxed and let this wonderful energy take over my body. Our souls danced with each other and she and I became one combined force. Her name still rings in my head, “Suriyama”. She healed me, loved me and assured me that everything was perfect. I told her how deeply I loved her and how thankful I was to “meet” her again.

At this point the drumming in my head sped up and I knew this was my “callback”.

I returned myself to this world, face still wet with tears and wrote down the name, “Suriyama” which has become my mantra.

Shamanic Journey to the Lower World

November 17th, 2012

As I listen to the beat of the drum made by Shamanic Practitioner and spiritual teacher Giselle Rhyon-Berry, I lay on the ground with my eyes shut and began my journey into the lower level of the spirit world to meet my power animal.

The journey begins with a place in nature that has some significance to me. I remembered the rest stop along the Trans-Canada Highway between Kenora and Thunder Bay, Ontario on the western tip of Lake Superior and the Canadian Shield. This is an area that is bursting with wildlife, beautiful scenery, fresh air and massive rock formations that are rich in Amethyst which happens to be my birthstone. I remember the first time I was there, I was maybe six years old and the picture of that spot is still crystal clear in my mind after a couple decades (I return there anytime I travel that way as well). Right along the lake I remember hopping across the tops of rocks until I made it to “my island” which was merely a six by three foot flat rock that was poking out of the shallow edge of the lake. It was there that I could sit for hours even after sitting for hours in a car. I didn’t know it then, but the energy in this spot was enough to put even a cranky, hyper six-year-old into a peaceful meditative state. I remember anytime we were there, it took me much convincing to leave. It was a place that I could just sit for hours.

From this point in my mind’s eye, I descended from “my island” into the lake. As the water became deeper, I felt my meditative state get deeper until I was in way over my head and began sinking and leaving my physical body. I could see the light at the surface fading and everything became dark as I sunk into the world of spirit guides and power animals.

At first I saw a salmon and asked if he were my spirit guide. He seemed very friendly but assured me that he was not. Suddenly I sunk deeper, only to find myself atop a huge rock formation overlooking a narrow channel leading to the lake, completely secluded with a breath-taking view. I knew that something was with me and it took a little time for it to appear to me. Suddenly, staring me face-to-face was a beautiful Gray Wolf (which is actually native to that area). I asked the wolf if he were my spirit guide and he smiled. I asked again and he confirmed that he was in fact my guide.

The first message he had for me was that wolves are very misunderstood in the sense that they have a reputation for being ruthless predators. People are scared of them thinking they are mindless beasts that savagely attack and kill for no apparent reason. People generally take one look at wolves and instantly fear them generating all sorts of negative emotions and actions towards them. I can totally relate. I am a tall guy, wear hoodies, have a rough complexion and there have been thousands of people that instantly fear me and judge me based on looks and preconceived notions without even getting to know me. This was the identical message that the wolf was trying to portray. He then showed me his family. Two young pups wrestled playfully under the gentle, watchful eye of their parents, living in complete happiness and harmony.

He then told me that he is definitely a predator, but there isn’t an animal on Earth that doesn’t need to kill another animal or plants for food to survive. This is a precious and sacred circle of life and is nothing to be labelled as savage. It is the most natural cycle on the planet and is something to be accepted, not feared. He answered his own question by saying, “If I was desperate and hungry, would I eat a human? Most definitely! Just as a desperate and hungry human would eat a wolf to survive.” He gave me this grin as if to say, “I’m a lot smarter than you thought, eh?”

I asked him what he does all day, what his life consists of. He told me that his main priority was food for his family. Once a successful hunt took place and his family was fed and his responsibilities were taken care of, all there was left to do was relax. I asked him what he does to relax and it was nothing more than sitting on the edge of a cliff watching the world from his amazing vantage point (I honestly couldn’t think of anything more relaxing to do). Since he doesn’t have to fear any predators except for us humans, he was grateful for just being a wolf and having the highest sense of security out of any animals in that area. He actually made it quite clear to me that I was not the dominant species in this endeavor, that I was on his turf and I humbly thanked him for being such a gracious host.

To my left a fox appeared. Very intelligent looking and well groomed. The wolf introduced me to the fox and said they were good friends. To the right, an owl appeared in a tree and in the middle, a cat. The wolf introduced me to his friends who perhaps I will be journeying with someday?

I was starting to focus on the physical features of the wolf. His brown eyes, his whiskers and his shiny, very well-kept fur. I pet him and even went so far as to hug him out of sheer appreciation for the whole experience.

It was at that point that I pulled out a large hunting knife and cut his stomach open.

He looked at me and laughed with a huge grin on his face and asked, “Don’t you get it?” I waited for him to elaborate but instead I looked at my physical body and it began to implode into a single point of light resonating from my third eye chakra or pineal gland. The wolf’s body did the same thing until we were both tiny specs of light surrounded by darkness. We were still able to communicate with each other but the message he gave me was that this, along with every other experience in the waking world, dream world or any other world, completely transcends the physical structure that humans are so compelled to focus on. I took a minute to let that idea resonate with me and at this point, Giselle’s drumming increased to about 420 beats per minute. I knew this was time to go.

I thanked the wolf from the bottom of my heart and offered him all of the food I had on me (which was lots for a guy with no physical body). I left with a smile and a great sense of love and insight. I said “See you soon, I love you.” The wolf responded with the same salutation and told me he loves me too.

As I drifted away into darkness, a light started to appear. It was the surface of Lake Superior and I was about 100 ft away from it. I swam up to the top, realigned with my physical body (still in the meditative state) and slowly walked back to shore. I dried myself, then sat on the edge of the water, took a couple of deep breaths and said goodbye to my new favorite spot.

It was at that point that I came back into “ordinary reality”. While sharing our experiences, the lady to the left of me said that she met a beautiful, well-dressed fox in her journey.

12/12/12 - Here we are, folks.

I have completely neglected this blog for the last 2 years and to my amazement (3 years, 3 months and 3 days after I started it on 09/09/09) I decided to log in and discover that I've had almost 4000 hits from all across the globe. I've never really shared this page with anyone and actually started it just for my own self to keep all of my thoughts and findings in one place. That being said, I am revisiting this site to keep it going, add and update information and share my experiences with whoever wants to read them. Thank you by the way. If there's one thing I've learned since my last post on here it's that gratitude will instantly change the way I (and you) percieve reality. Earlier today I was sitting here in my home and felt cold (as its one of the coldest days of the year so far). Instantly I said to myself, "at least I have shelter" and expressed a silent gratitude. Simultaneously, a rolling wave of warmth seemed to just pour over me and I was no longer cold. Just one example of the thousands of problems and negative issues that gratitude and love can make disappear.

Since my last post, much has happened in the way of my own spiritual path and I am living a much happier and meaningful life. I'm not trying to brag by any means, but simply would like to share the steps it took me to get to this place of peace and understanding in hopes that I can help others who are on a similar path. Some of the greatest truths I have discovered by just checking out random people on the internet so this is merely my way of returning the favor.

One big difference between today and my last post is that I have been declared completely free from any mental illness as stated by the head of the psychology department of a local hospital after an official consultation. This offers one of three possible conclusions:
a) I was misdiagnosed as being bipolar
b) I am cured of being bipolar
c) Bipolar disorder does not exist.

Let me briefly describe why I choose option "c". When I was first "diagnosed" (what is a diagnosis besides someone's opinion anyways) I was told that there was no known cure and no known cause of this disorder. Okay, so then what proof is there that it exists? We know radiation causes cancer, bacteria cause infections and lack of oxygen to the brain causes strokes... objective stuff. When it comes to the subjective topic of one's own perspective however, who's to say what moods and emotions are right or wrong?? It's not the doctors personal opinion, or the professor they had in medical school's fault... they are merely bricks in a mighty pyramid of misinformation and mind control stemming from power-hungry, new-age government slave owners who want money and obviously security from the slaves that are generating it for them. So once you have absolute power over a nation of millions of people, you make the rules and they must abide, you can certainly tell all your universities what to teach it's students. You can then share a tiny part of your wealth with those who succesfully go along with your master plan and punish those who defy it. Hey, you could even make it illegal for anyone who didnt attend your brainwashing (I mean schooling) for years to perform any type of "medical" treatments or dispense health advice. If a slave owner had any sympathy, he wouldn't be a slave owner. Don't get me wrong, I love and appreciate the fact that I can get a rusty fish hook through my hand and there's someone nearby who's going to pull it out and give me a tetanous shot, but when that person starts criticizing my beliefs, should I be drawing a line?

Krishnamurti said it best: "It is no measure of health to be well adapted to a profoundly sick society."

Of course you're going to look "crazy" for wearing colorful clothing, jumping around and dancing infront of a society full of people who are trained to wear the same suits, think the same way and act just like everyone else out of fear of being cast away by their peers. Really, it's a fear that they will never be loved. At this point in my life I can safely say that if those were my peers, then cast me the hell away. I have no fear of not being loved because I love myself. This was the energy blockage that caused such a large number of all my problems in the past. My actions stemmed mostly from fear instead of love. The pressure to fit in from every direction completely suffocated my true self. I didn't know who I was or who I was supposed to be. The internal conflict completely consumed my thoughts until I realized that thoughts aren't always a good thing to begin with (anyone who meditates should understand this). The hardest part about meditating (for me) was getting my mind to shut up for once. Thoughts in my head just keep popping up non-stop and it's not until you clear all these stupid details away that really don't matter anyways... that you can allow for true insight and light to shine in. Ask your brain what it thinks about something and you get a big argument that will last as long as you want it to. Ask your heart what you feel and you get an instant answer. Dont think! Just feel... easier said than done right? Well, if you're new to meditation then like everything, practice makes perfect. I struggled with effectively meditating and still do, but it has definately become much easier than it was before and with that, it has become much easier to rationalize my feelings, control my actions and let my intuition guide me instead of some mess of thoughts generated from outside sources (the media, friends, family, coworkers, religions, movies, etc.).

Maybe these so-called "mental illnesses" really do exist. I know that when I was living under the impression that I had one, I was certainly acting as such. "No cure? I'm fucked for life. Crazy. An outcast, I don't belong, I'm better off dead..." These were thoughts that were in my head constantly. If that first pill-peddler hadn't convinced me I was fucked up, then I sure did convince myself. I applied that label to myself and became that label. That's all. It seems like everywhere we go there's people handing us labels (or sticking them on our backs when we're not looking). If you look at life that way, it's pretty easy to see individual people's intent towards you and maybe even start removing some of the more negative labels... and it's not an easy process removing labels from things that have been stuck on for decades, is it?

Well anyways, I look forward to posting more in the future. I just thought it would be important to share with the world that hey! I'm not crazy. And neither are you unless you keep telling yourself you are. You are unique as an individual, yes. This is something we all have in common.

Spiral Dynamics - Levels of Consciousness

Many people feel alone on their spiritual journey. Lost in society. Personally, I have always known that I was different. Sharing different perspectives is what allows us to learn and evolve as long as we are open-minded. For a great deal of my life, I struggled to find others that shared my perspectives and when I couldn't relate to most people, I became discouraged, depressed and angry. Never fully comfortable with the way things were, I knew there was more to life and therefore could never settle and was constantly changing jobs, locations, friends and outlooks. I felt as though there may have been something wrong with my brain for being so different.

Sure enough, a few years ago after a few days of feeling depressed and angry, I went to a physician and was diagnosed with "bipolar disorder". This was deemed as a chemical imbalance and the condition was never described to me at all, but the doctor was quick to sell me anti-depressants that would apparently make things all better. After skeptically taking them for a few weeks, I did feel a change. It was as if negative thoughts were completely blocked from my mind, but I noticed that my creative thoughts were starting to become blocked as well. This scared me enough that I stopped taking the meds and figured I was better off naturally depressed then to take chemical drugs and be unnaturally happy. It was a discouraging thought to think I was chemically imbalanced which actually wasn't the case at all.

After doing some research on Bipolar disorder, all of the information told me that it was a chemical imbalance that caused Manic (extreme happy) and Depressive (extreme sadness/anger) states and could not be cured. If there's no cure then why the hell would they have given me drugs for it? I've always got the feeling that doctors don't actually care about their patients as much as they care about their paychecks... meaning that they in a sense get comission from the major drug companies off of the perscriptions they write. When it comes to so-called "mental disorders" there actually isn't many helpful resources that western society provides for such people. It's either take meds and turn into virtual zombies that are incapable of thinking for themselves, or risk ending up in jail or a mental institution for being different and expressing yourself as you want to. Both paths seemed wrong to me and I started to question my own mental health as a result of it. Even up until last year where I had a "spiritual awakening" I thought that my "bipolar disorder" was something that would get in the way of my own spiritual growth, but it may actually be the cause of it in the first place.

Recently, I've come across a concept called Spiral Dynamics which classifies people into categories of consciousness which can be changed with a spiritual awakening or simply by changing the way one percieves the world. There are said to be (at this point in time) seven levels of consciousness that people on this planet are at. I will identify each level and describe them in my own words:

1. ARCHAIC: A very basic level of consciousness where the individual is solely focussed on survival by instincts. People on this level such as infants or cavemen, have a limited mind capacity and are operating on basic animal impulses to eat and reproduce.

2. TRIBAL: The second lowest form of consciousness can be seen in ancient tribal cultures (and some that still exist today). These individuals see the world as magic that is controlled by the Gods which could be good or evil. They perform sacrifices to please their "gods" and generally can't come to understand anything that is unfamiliar to them. Not many of these people exist in our day-to-day culture.

3. FEUDAL: There are feudal types of people that exist today in every society. Usually the less-educated or troubled people that are constantly demanding respect through violence and confrontation. The type of person to end up in jail over and over again and never seems to learn any lessons. These individuals often have no self respect and will abuse drugs and alcohol and will clearly show that they are convinced that their way of doing things is best. Like every level though, there is the chance for improvement and even a spiritual awakening, but people stuck at this level are usually less likely to make any progress in developing their own consciousness.

4. TRADITIONAL: I look at this as the "old-fashioned" ways of life. Deeply RELIGIOUS (not spiritual) people fall into this category. People that dedicate their lives to pleasing God, Jesus, or whatever religious icon they prefer. This way of thinking is not necessarily a bad one, as religion teaches positive morals and pleasant ways to enjoy life, but these people are in a mindset of worshiping "god" instead of trying to become "god-like". These are not bad people by any means, but are simply not thinking for themselves as much as they could be, as they chose to live by someone else's rules and not their own. This is a comfortable way of life for many people so it's hard for them to think that everything they've been doing and believing in their entire lives wasn't the best possible way to live. Some may even realize this and think that it's too late to change. Much like the others, these people are usually convinced that their way of thinking is the best and that people on other levels of consciousness are simply wrong in their opinions.

5. MODERN: These are usually people who may have had a traditional upbringing but have questioned religion and realized through science that it probably wasn't the right path for them. People in this category are usually under the impression that money is the true measure of success and are often very materialistic. They will put little to no thought into any spiritual concepts unless they are somehow awakenened into a more advanced way of thinking. These types are usually very concerned with other people's opinions of them and are often quite superficial and skeptical.

6. POST-MODERN: These are people who have transcended the materialistic world that is driven by money and see a deeper meaning to life. These people are genuinely compassionate and care about larger-scope issues like the environment and spirituality. Generally intuitive and very open-minded, the post-modern thinker will be someone who sees other people's perspectives and usually can tell when someone is sincere. These are the people that will more likely "listen to their heart" instead of giving into what their peers are pressuring them to do, but still struggle socially as they see the flaws in the lower levels of consciousness and are constantly debating with them. (A good example is a peaceful bunch of "post-modern" thinkers rallying outside a government building full of "modern" thinkers in protest of their rules and morals). Although people in this higher realm of consciousness are certainly on the right track, many of them think that their way of thinking is the best, which causes conflict, isolation and also keeps them from evolving in their ways of thinking any further.

7. To understand level seven which is described as the "power of now" way of thinking, and to better understand the levels of consciousness that I've just described, please watch the following series of videos. They also discuss how mental "disorders" correspond with the different levels of consciousness and how those at higher levels of consciousness that experience "spiritual awakenings" are misinterprited by the Traditional and Modern (majority of) society as being "crazy" or chemically imbalanced. The symptoms of a spiritual awakening in the eyes of modern science are no more than symptoms of a mental disorder caused by that persons chemical imbalance. Pardon my language, but I think this is complete BULLSHIT.

Please watch the following videos as they helped me change my perspective and allowed me to track my progression of consciousness over my lifetime through understanding Spiral Dynamics.

Those who go crazy now and learn to live, will go on to help the others when they go crazy in 2012. I hope this post has been informitive and you find yourself stuck in one of these levels of consciousness, regardless of age or beliefs, it's never too late to change. You may have to forget everything you know about yourself and the way you see the world, but evolution is never a bad thing in the long-run.

Intelligent Design

In the case that you don't have over twelve hours to dedicate to the last 2 videos that I posted, I will attempt to sum up the general idea of what they are about.

The term "intelligent design" is often associated with the religious ideas that God (as a creature) has created everything the way we see it today. The vast complexity of our DNA suggests to scientists and religious types that there's no way this all just happened by accident. The human body is such an intricate and delicate mechanism and needs a perfect balance of environment to survive in. Just the simple fact that we exist today, is far too much of a coincidence to say that somehow we just evolved from nothing.

By this point, I'm sure that many people know that everything is made of energy when you break it down. The forces that hold together the atoms in a molecule are gravitational and that all matter (even solid concrete) is over 99% empty space. If we look at a larger scale, the planets that orbit the stars, solar systems that orbit galaxies, etc. we start to notice a vast number of connections between our universe and the subatomic particles that comprise everything we see and touch around us. This concept is described as the "fractal nature of the universe" by Nassim Haramein and suggests that each part contains the whole.

In my post entitled "Numeralspirituality" I describe that the only two numbers that actually matter are zero and infinity. I am not alone in my concepts, as there is much evidence to suggest that what is infinite to us (the universe) may actually just be zero (a minute tiny molecule) in some other vast dimension. Understanding the concept of the time/space fabric, factoring in size, we see that our tiny molecules move incredibly fast and seem random, while our planets and solar system move much slower and more predictably because of their vast size. Basically, time and space are interconnected and change with each other. Knowing this, we can then see that if we speed up the movements of our universe, they reflect the seemingly random patterns that we observe by looking at subatomic particles.

This fractal pattern of the universe changes our concept of creation but does not necessarily conflict with the concepts found in the Bible and other religious texts. By changing our concepts of what "God" is, suddenly the pieces fall into place a little bit better.

The universe has a way of arranging itself in the most efficient possible way. There are many naturally occurring patterns that we can observe from the Fibonacci/Golden Spirals found in pine cones, sea shells, plants, weather patterns and even the shapes of galaxies, to the way energy flows in waves which can be observed in the pattern of our DNA, to the ripple effect of throwing a stone into a still pond and the way sound travels and is detected by our bodies. By recognising all of these connections, we can better understand the universe and the way it arranges itself. This natural arrangement is what can be described as Intelligent Design.

There is a confusion amongst science and religion about "if God created us, then who created God?" A Christian's answer to that question is that God is eternal which is similar to the age-old "chicken and the egg" paradox. The fact of the matter is, there is an overwhelming amount of evidence that we are not alone in the universe and that since we use under 10% of our brain capacity and DNA, that there is a high potential for improvement and that there is most likely advanced lifeforms that not only share the galaxy with us, but could be responsible for a good portion of our technology and evolution as a species up to this point in time. Most, if not all religions talk about there being "angels" and "gods" from beyond the reaches of our planets that had the abilities to fly, heal, communicate telepathically, etc. These are merely tales of alien encounters and should be able to bridge the gap between science and religion instead of widen it.

The fact of the matter remains that if something created us, something must have created it and so forth which suggests that it is a never-ending eternal cycle. The way I see it is that in order for "something" to exist, it must have "nothing" to exist in. Meaning that if there wasn't something, there would be no nothing. Confusing? If we look at the chicken and the egg philosophy, neither one of them came first because both need each other in order to exist. This is the eternal, infinite nature of the universe and the other universes that are likely to exist as well.

If this information seems at all relevant to you, I highly suggest you watch the last two videos from David Wilcock who is more along the spiritual side but has a great understanding of science, and physicist Nassim Haramein who is constantly pushing the boundaries of our contemporary science with his extreme insight and logic. This post has only been the tip of the iceberg and all of this information is elaborated on in the two videos. I found that they bettered my understanding of the universe, which in turn betters my understanding of myself.

David Wilcock

"David Wilcock is a professional lecturer, filmmaker and researcher of ancient civilizations, consciousness science, and new paradigms of matter and energy. His upcoming Hollywood film CONVERGENCE unveils the proof that all life on Earth is united in a field of consciousness, which affects our minds in fascinating ways."

Part four:

Nassim Haramein

The following video is a two-part, 8 hour presentation by Nassim Haramein.

"If you are not yet familiar with Nassim Haramein's exciting work, prepare yourself for an exhilarating odyssey into hyperspace and beyond. Haramein, who has spent his lifetime researching fields of physics from quantum theory to relativistic equations and cosmology, will lead you along a fascinating discussion geared to a layman's understanding of the fundamental nature of the universe and creation that includes black holes, gravitational forces, dimensions, and the very structure of space itself - all of which are integral parts of his now-complete Unified Field Theory. Haramein's theory is currently in peer review process for publication in physics journals; however, the presentation does not end with the introduction of his theory alone, but includes the discussion of the path that he took to arrive at his views, which weaves between the texts and monuments of ancient civilizations, biology, chemistry and the primordial role of consciousness - all of which lend further credence to the science behind the theory."

Alien Blood Rain in India

The following video documents a case in 2001 where it rained RED rain for up to two months in some reigons of India. After first being explained as dust particles which gave the rain it's unusual color, scientists decided to examine the substance closer only to discover that it contained strange cell-like organisms with a unique structure of DNA that suggests this form of life did not originate on our planet.

Keeping Your Pineal Gland Healthy

From a scientific or spiritual perspective, the Pineal Gland is still one of the body's great mysteries. It's main function is to produce a hormone called Melatonin which acts as an anti-depressant and can regulate sleep function in humans. It also produces a neurotransmitter called Dimethyltryptamine which is a natural hallucinogen and causes dreams and mystic encounters during near death experiences. When extracted from other organisms and consumed by humans, DMT is said to put one in touch with higher spiritual beings. More information can be found on my previous post entitled The Pineal Gland.

Keeping your "Third Eye" functional is crucial to evolve mentally, spiritually and physically. It is a gateway into other dimensions of matter and spiritual being and is said to be the house of your soul/spirit. Many who practice meditation are familiar with the Chakra system which is a string of key energy points running from the top of the head (crown chakra) down to the end of the spine (base chakra). The Pineal Gland is the second chakra located in the middle of your forehead and is referred to as the "Third Eye Chakra". It is said that intuition and psychic abilities are a result of having an active and healthy third eye.

Many people are unfamiliar with the amazing potential this tiny gland in their brain has to offer and are unaware that much of what we consume is actually harmful to it. The pineal gland is subject to calcification where calcium accumulates around it and renders it virtually useless. A main cause of this calcification is the fact that Fluoride is readily absorbed by the pineal gland and in turn causes the gland to lose its function. In fact, the pineal gland contains a higher concentration of fluoride than any other part of the human body. The human body contains a natural amount of Calcium Fluoride at a rate around .1ppm. Calcium Fluoride is mainly beneficial to strengthen the structures of bones and teeth among other positive functions. What many people fail to realize is that the Fluoride that is added to public drinking water, commercial beverages and toothpastes is actually a substance that is called Sodium Fluoride which is extremely deadly to humans and is linked to many illnesses including depression, althzeimer's disease and is known to specifically target and disable the functions of the pineal gland and decrease brain function in general. It is also worthy to note that Sodium Fluoride is a common ingredient in household rat poison and is actually a bi-product of hazardous fertilizer production. It is classified as toxic by both inhalation and ingestion, yet is added to municipal water supplies in a large number of countries.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_fluoride

Studies show that any level of Fluoride that exceeds .5ppm is considered toxic to the human body. Most bottled waters will contain .1ppm which is the same amount found naturally to exist in the human body and is still significantly less than the amount that is added by municipalities (which exact levels vary). Distilled or Reverse Osmosis water would be the best choice if looking to avoid harmful fluoride.

There are also many ways to naturally extract the fluoride that has accumulated in your body with the simple balance of vitamins such as Vitamin C, Calcium, Vitamin D3 and Omega 3 that should be consumed on a daily basis. It could be as simple as starting your day with Eggs, a glass of Orange Juice and a Milk and avoiding the ingestion of fluoridated water or beverages (A large amount of commercial beverages are fluoridated without being posted on the ingredient or nutritional portion of the label).

Keeping fluoride away is only the beginning to "third eye health". A definite way to exercise your pineal gland is Meditation, something that is free of cost and does not have to be time consuming. Meditation is the only true way to be in control of one's self and has been practiced by many cultures for thousands of years. It is directly linked to spiritual encounters and experiences which are acquired though the release of DMT from the pineal gland.

Tests have shown that at least 20 minutes of exposure to natural sunlight a day increases activity in the pineal gland and is highly increased when the subject was not wearing a hat or blocking exposure in any way. Cosmic radiation has been proven to alter DNA and there are many links between the Pineal Gland, DNA and the year 2012. The Sun is essentially changing phases and ancient civilizations believed that this reflected a subsequent change in humanity... an "evolution".

There are some forms of alternative medicine that are said to also block harmful radiation received from electronic devices. Orgone Generators are used by thousands of people who are looking for a defense against EMF and RF waves which are a harmful bi-product of computers, televisions and basically any device that is plugged into a socket. By absorbing negative, dead, unnatural energy, the unique electromagnetic properties are able to transform and transmit positive Orgone energy which has scientifically proven healing powers to plants, animals and humans. Purple Tesla Plates are also a commonly overlooked defense against the negative energy that constantly bombards the pineal gland. It is essential to excercize the third eye as well as defend against harmful radiation and toxins that we consume unknowingly throughout our everyday lives and being aware of these problems is the first step to a successful solution.

Numeralsprituality

There are some that understand math and some that do not. Mathematics is a way of thinking. Essentially every action we make, word we write and thought we have will break down into numbers eventually. Numbers 2-9 are simply a short form for writing out how many of something exists. That collective existence is a 1. Basically everything operates as 1's and 0's when you break it down even further. Science will tell us that when we break down matter of any kind, it's root is energy which operates through various physical laws and is a self-sustaining force that can never be created or destroyed (just transferred). Energy relies on a balance of positive and negative charges, that in various combinations will give us the universe that surrounds us. To understand the number one is to understand infinity. The only numbers that you ever need to know about are zero and infinity, the only two numbers that if squared, multiplied, subtracted or divided by itself, still equals itself. Any other number that is divided by itself is equal to 1. The numbers 1-9 simply represent an infinite "something" in a field of "nothing".

A simple way to understand the relation between zero and infinity is to take for example the exponential size of our universe. To us, the size of the entire universe is infinity. It is everything we know that exists. In comparison, if we look into a microscope and observe the smallest of atomic particles orbiting each other with the same uniform forces of energy we observe in the universe, each atom is a universe within itself, and there are infinite possibilities that lay within the spaces that are so tiny, we cannot detect, and therefore don't exist to us (zero).

I believe it is important to adopt such an abstract way of thinking. My personal "mathematical understanding" of the universe supports many theories. Many religions and spiritually guided people agree with the concept that everything in the universe is connected through one divine energy. In this case 1 = INFINITY. To understand that to every end there is a new beginning, and that energy can never be created or destroyed, merely transferred into another form. This is called the Law of Conservation of Energy, and has been supported by science for centuries. Anyone who is familiar with the concepts of Quantum Mechanics is aware of the abstract numerology behind the inner-workings of our universe. I truly feel that in order to understand where we fit into the universe, we must first shed our archaic symbolic systems and begin thinking on a simpler, less complicated scale. Whether it is "Good and Evil" or "Rich and Poor" everything breaks down to the binary system of positive and negative. Unfortunately in order for positive to exist there must therefore be a negative to compare it to. This balance is crucial to understand before one can start to harness and control their own transmitting and receiving of energy. Many refer to this concept as "centering" themselves. It is a realization that you are no better or worse than anyone on this planet and despite whatever living conditions you are in, or situations that you face, you still feel the same human emotions of people who on complete opposite ends of the spectrum. It is all relative and depends on the balance that you have created with your experiences (for example those of us who live in a cold climate, appreciate a day in the winter where it goes just above freezing. Those used to a warm climate would see the same temperature as the coldest they had ever seen).

Once you understand the necessary balance that must be maintained, you can adjust your life accordingly to maximize your prosperity and success. In many ways this is a positive thing, but you must also learn to recognize the negatives in things that seem positive. Explore every angle that you can and broaden your reality tunnel. Expand your mind and never settle for what science or organized religion tell you. They may be completely accurate, but never settle on theories because they will change and adapt over time. To be able to adapt and change is being able to evolve.

What is MONEY?

If you have ever played the game "Monopoly" you understand that the paper money you use is worthless in the real world and is only relative to the game. If you think that the currency we use in our everyday lives is any different, then you are unfortunately mistaken.

The printed paper money that circulates throughout our society is nothing more than a receipt for your posessions that decreases in value everyday. This system was origially used when wealthy people would bring their gold to the bank to have it kept safe inside their vault. The bank would then issue a receipt that was redeemable for the gold. These receipts could be traded to others for goods and services. Essentially, what ended up happening over the last few centuries is the banks suddenly had all the gold and the worthless receipts that were being traded by the general public became the new "gold". Empty, hollow, receipts for gold. Now, lets say that 500 years ago that one dollar was worth one ounce of gold... as the goverment keeps printing more money, the ratio of gold to money suddenly becomes less, making it so that you need more money to redeem for the same amount of gold that you had first put into the bank.

Examine the following graph that depicts the price of gold in Euros and American Dollars.

(This graph is the total sales of gold that is shown as a blue line, the orange and gold dots are the respective prices):

Note that the price is higher in American Dollars because of their increasing debt. Its not that gold is more valuable now, its just that money is worth less. Its not that those who have lots of money are rich? It's just that they have less debt.

The following is a five-part video that describes this concept in much greater detail in terms that you don't need a business major in to understand.

Mind over Matter

A balance exists in the universe. Many call it the balance between good and evil but from a scientific perspective it is the +/- positive and negative balance that is present in our universe.

Many believe in karma which is the understanding that those who project positive energy and do good deeds for others, will naturally have that positive energy returned to them. On the other hand, those who are hateful and unfair will eventually receive justice based on the negative energy they draw. Much like the planets, what goes around will eventually come around again.

Quantum theory, spirituality and most religions have an understanding that everything in the universe is connected. Since human beings are a magnetic field and project energy, we essentially alter the charges of invisible particles around us. This chain reaction of energy we send out can adversely affect others.

Have you ever wished something negative upon someone only to have it come true? Projecting negative energy towards somebody will essentially change what happens inside their mind and body whether they are conscious of your negative intentions or not. On the same level, positive attitudes in general seem to bring positive experiences. Many say this is just an illusion but quantum theory again, states that reality is simply an illusion of our minds. Without a balance between positive and negative, nothing could theoretically exist. Good cannot exist without bad just as hot could never exist without cold to compare it to. Those who think "its all good" are just as wrong as those who think nothing good is possible. The fact of the matter is, its a 50% split between both positive and negative that must exist in every factor. Projecting energy by thought (which begins as a small electrical signal in our brain) can easily manifest into a physical reaction as it changes the charge of particles around us. This energy can be transmitted and absorbed by other humans on a level that we are only beginning to understand. Perhaps scientists should look to voodoo for answers.

The following video explains the concept behind our thoughts being able to affect matter and those around us:

Crop Circles

Although many crop circles are man made, they are more than just rural graffiti. When the patterns of them are actually studied they represent physical structures that we are only now beginning to recognise as a higher understanding of science. They have been recorded for centuries and often are in locations where UFO activity is frequent. Often the crops that have been crushed will exhibit signs of microwave exposure which turns the plant's internal water into steam causing them to either expand or burst and leaving them dried out which is a sign that it may not just be rebels trampling psychedelic patterns into farmer's fields. These enormous and intricate formations seem to appear with no trace whatsoever, in time frames that would be impossible to create using just a few people. Much like the pyramids which some believe the Egyptians constructed with the help of a higher life form, these anomalies remain a mystery.

The following video is a deeper look into this phenomenon:

Evolution of Dimensions

A good indicator of our conscious evolution is our knowledge of the different dimensions we associate with everything around us. At first, humans had a 2 Dimensional concept of reality which lead to a belief that the Earth was flat. With the broadening of our intelligence, we began to understand the 3 Dimensional concept of our surroundings and were able to measure these dimensions by length, width and depth. Once we understood the nature of our 3 dimensional surroundings we explored the concept of time and labelled that as our 4th dimension. With this understanding, we are able now to measure anything by length, width, depth and age.

As our consciousness grows and we develop technology to help us peer into the mysteries of the universe, only recently have we began to understand the 5th Dimension which is a never ending fractal pattern of parallel universes that exist on scales beyond what we can see and comprehend. As it stands, the atoms we see under microscopes and the similar patterns of particles orbiting around with gravitational force, suggests that every atom in our world could be a life-bearing universe of its own and that our solar system could just be a complex atom in a world beyond our imaginations.

This concept eludes the understanding of most people, much like the concept of time was too complex for most of our primitive ancestors up until a few thousand years ago. Our understanding of these dimensions grows in correspondence with the evolution of our consciousness. If we look at the immensely large and tiny scales of these proposed parallel universes, we can see that time itself is also skewed. One second on Earth could have been eternity for something on a tiny micro-scale, just as our lifetimes are a nano-second to something on a larger scale that would appear to be moving slower from our human vantage point as time it self is stretched in proportion to the other dimensions.

As we gain a firm grasp on the concepts of a 3 and 4 dimensional world, the 5th dimension also has to deal with size but it describes scales of size we do not even have measurements for. We simply do not have the technology to see what the surface of an atomic particle possesses, much like we still have yet to see the surface of planets in far off galaxies or anything on a larger scale that our universe may be a component of. This fractal dimension is truly something to ponder and is once again a reminder of how limited our perception is towards our existence.

The following video is a visual aid to help understand the concept of fractal dimensions:

The patterns (much like the hallucinations of a psychedelic experience) are the best visual representations of this concept. If most people were to have a vision of this pattern it would be a result of the recreational use of hallucinogenic drugs or through dreaming when DMT is released in the brain naturally by the Pineal gland. There is a growing number of people that believe in the mystical and enlightening power of psychedelic drugs (particularly psylocibin mushrooms which are the most natural and readily available). They have been consumed by humans for centuries and are known to expand the mind into deeper states of consciousness allowing clearer thought and broader understanding. Terence Mckenna theorized that these mushrooms are a catalyst for human evolution and explain the great intelligence we possess compared to our primitive genetic ancestors.

Joe Rogan describes Mckenna's theory in better detail:

To many, the visions that are manifested through the consumption of hallucinogenic substances are far beyond that of simple imaginations. They are a sneak peak into the future of ourselves as humans, a window into the potential for our understanding that have been deemed illegal by the government for obvious reasons since they are counterproductive to the capitalistic ideals of our leaders. They feel it would be better to "leave the space travel to them" even though it may be possible to anyone without even leaving their homes. These substances are classified as drugs, which is a blanket term describing everything from caffeine to heroine. They all alter consciousness but for some reason, the non-addictive hallucinogenic substances that expand human consciousness are restricted and often bundled together with addictive, deadly mind-damaging narcotics such as cocaine, heroine, etc...

Manitoba Legistlative Building

Growing up in Winnipeg, I passed by the Manitoba Legislative Building countless numbers of times. It is where laws are established and amended and we are often reminded of the connection between our legal systems and religious beliefs (swearing in on the bible, etc.). To Frank Albo this building holds many secrets and is nothing short of being a sacred temple.

He has been studying this building for close to a decade now and has discovered many mysteries that lay deep inside it's walls. The legislative building was constructed by the Freemasons. It is said that on June 3, 1914 when the final cornerstone was laid, a rare galactic alignment between Mercury and Venus took place. This is not the only galactic reference that we find here however, in fact it is just the beginning. Essentially the legislative building has all the elements of an ancient temple cleverly hidden to the untrained eyes of the thousands of people that have visited it over the years. It wasn't until Frank Albo noticed the giant Sphinx statues on the roof while driving by, that anyone thought to take a closer look into the amazing stories this building has to tell. Albo is the author of the book The Hermetic Code which, in great detail documents his discoveries within the legislative grounds and the history they unravel. Keeping in mind that Albo is of the Christian faith, he sees the symbolism to be religious. The Freemasons that planned and constructed the great temple of Winnipeg share similar beliefs that a higher power exists. Some Freemasons are also of the Christian faith, while others believe in a more spiritual forces of creation and higher powers that are not just limited to God.

Bearing in mind the perspective from which the story is told, here is Frank Albo's description of the symbolism that is present in this fascinating structure:

The esoteric properties exhibited throughout the building are representations of a higher understanding. Most religions find it easy to relate to esoteric theories as they represent a higher power (that they consider god) and the connection between humans and the force that created them which is consistent with "big-bang" theories and the concepts of spiritualists. Essentially no matter what you believe, this architecture can physically enlighten you. The ancient Egyptians were known for their amazing masonry feats including the great pyramids and the Sphinx. What's even more interesting is that all of their colossal structures all represent and reflect the forces of the solar system. In fact, it was said that one of King Tut's chambers was brilliantly designed (based on extremely advanced knowledge of the properties of energy frequencies) to actually enhance the solar radiation that the Earth receives to a point where it would alter the DNA of anyone that was present during a certain time in the solar cycle. Yes, the ancient Egyptians thousands of years ago found ways to manipulate frequencies of energy, much like the "the pool of the blackstar" manipulates sound waves. An ancient masonic trick to symbolize their higher understanding.

The Freemasons were known to study Kabbalah. Upon my inspection of the legislative grounds on Google Earth, I noticed the pattern of Kabbalah staring me right in the face at the point of N49.53.04 and W97.08.48. Here is that image:

The thin lines and points that I have drawn in light blue clearly portray the pattern of Kabbalah seen below:

The white lines connecting the statues form the outline of a pyramid and in combination with the diagonal walkways of the grounds form the same angles of the symbol of the Freemasons. At the bottom of the picture to the right of the center, just north of the river we see another triangle that is formed with what appear to be bushes cut into some strange shapes. I am sure this is only the tip of the iceberg in the hidden secrets on these grounds but the structure of Kabbalah is very obvious in "plane" view.

By understanding this new age temple in the middle of the Canadian prairies, perhaps we can better understand the hidden meanings behind all of the symbolism and numerology that gives us the power to manifest such magnificent architecture. Many believe that the Egyptians were greatly assisted by a higher power during the construction of their pyramids. If this is so, then surely that assistance has trickled down into our modern society and flowed into Winnipeg somehow.

The religious undertones are only that of the observer. The Freemasons that constructed the Legislative grounds shared the belief in a higher power (including but not limited to the religious definition of God) but were not asked to elaborate. They knew about a higher form of life, but still kept very different ideas of exactly what it was which left a great deal of room for discovery. Regardless of the actual intent of the architect Frank Simon and his crew, I believe that there are some hidden messages in esoteric elements. They have to be found though and I think once we figure out this galactic math test, our understanding will become much more clear.
Until then however, the facts still remain.. an ancient mystery.
